KAM's 2007 Wage & Benefit Survey provides a useful tool for area businesses. LEAD hosted a quarterly meeting of Logan County HR Managers on May 29, 2008 and handed out the recent survey. The survey was made available by a partnership with KAM, BRADD, Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce, South Central Kentucky, IDEA and LEAD. The 2007 Wage & Benefit Survey will be most beneficial when used as a guide and information resource to determine compensation and benefit policies for the Southern Kentucky area. Survey participation was strong, with 56 companies in South Central Kentucky providing data. There were 14 companies in Logan County which participated in the survey.
