Learn what the toolbars can do and where to find them. This class is for beginners, but you will learn ALL the basics!
Computer Know-how for Beginners

•This class is designed for persons new to computers, or those with limited knowledge. Class will include how to create and find folders, how to maneuver between windows, how drag and drop files, how to send and receive e-mails, how to use the Internet, how to save your favorite sites, and much more. Bring all of your questions to class!
Click, Click—Digital Pictures Made Easy!

•Bring your digital camera and learn how to use the features, including taking and transferring pictures, storing, uploading, deleting, and editing pictures. Learn about framing up and printing your pictures to achieve the shot you want. The course will also cover how to use and modify lighting, and what accessories are “good buys”. If you bought a new camera but don’t know how to fully utilize its functions, this is the class to take!
Paying for College 101

•This FREE workshop is being offered to high school juniors, seniors, and their parents. Students will learn about the financial aid process, discovering when and how to apply for state and federal funds. Participants will learn the formula that determines financial need, and will learn what the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) form covers. Find out what the student loan choices are and how to file applications.
•Workshop is available to all Russellville High and Logan County High School students and their parents.
Knit One, Purl Two—Knitting for Fun!

•Learn how to knit, purl, cast on, bind off, make slip knots, and create something you’ll be proud to wear! Knitting is returning as a “lost art”.
•We are so lucky to have the mother-daughter team of Ashley and Rolynn Thornton as our instructors, both of whom have made yarnwork their profession! You will be able to purchase supplies at a discount through the Thornton’s shop, “Enchanted Yarn and Fiber”, located at 399 C. Dodson Lane.

•Learn how to create spreadsheets, how to get Excel to do math for you, and how to add and delete columns and cells. You will also learn how to analyze and record your data.
•Excel will help you to manage information more effectively. Learn the basics so that your charts can be easily read and understood by others.
